Chinese one-child law is known for particular kind of policy. This rule forced to have only one kid each family. If they have 2ed or 3, they must pay extra fee for breaking rule. Therefore, Chinese authorities have been breaking this rule. Because they have money to pay extra fee. And they have fear to lose there child who will inherit wealth and their serene old age. One-child law is galling for people make a living in agriculture. They need working people to farm. So there tends to kill baby if it were girl.
I agree china have a strict rule of demographic policy. Consequently population of china has become stable. So government should diminish the rule slightly. One family two kids would be good for long term of Chinese economy.

Big rain hits in England flooding. Dozens people forced on evacuate. Flooding stops England transportation and killed 3 people. Rain has been silently. But aftermath of flooding will be worse. Bad wet conditions will lead hot bed of bacteria. So England government must care flooding aftermath and clean up roads.
For the last 4 or 5 years, unusual whether has been occur everywhere and number of times have increased. Not just in England, America got huge hurricane last year and Japan now has been in strange pre-summer. I guess these unusual climates increase every year. Next decade, our whether history and forecast do not work on making prediction on unexpected weather. We have to think about this is a very serious problem.

In the world, at this time, there are conflicts still ongoing. In Sudan, more than 200,000 people have died in the four year and around two million have fled to refugee camps. UN Human Rights Council has proposed oil for food programme. This includes 30 recommendations and strict timetable. In the proposal three main themes are halt to the bombing of civilian targets, disarming the Janjaweed militia and bringing human rights violators to justice. I’m not really sure whether this proposal works or not. But Human Rights Watch said “The advantage of this new approach is that it provides a roadmap for future action.” I hope this scheme to be a framework of Sudan peace.

Aborigines have lived in the northern territories of Australia. The government talks of assimilating them into the mainstream, but has not worked yet. On the contrary, most of them are under the pressures of 21st Century life. They ravages by alcoholism, suicide and domestic violence. On the plateau where they lived is autonomous and alcohol free. The problem is Aborigines can not fit the mainstream life. One of the Aborigines guys went to a state school, but he quitted. Because of he couldn’t write, read and even recognize numbers. But are those really special than how to survive in the bush? This is a difference of concept of values. In the bush, writing calculating formula and knowledge of world politics does not mean anything.
Many problems related with Aborigines are unsolved. One is the amount of buffalo is increasing in the plateau. I think, one factor of circumstance absence hit a big impact on environment.
